I once read that small business owner’s should love what they do (pretty sure it was E-Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber). This is important because once you start your business, you will be working in it and on it all the time. Four years later, I understand what he meant in a whole new way.

Last weekend my honey and I were talking about working a 9-5 job vs. being self employed. He has evenings and weekends off while I am working (one way or another) pretty much every day. So I’ve decided to take his advice, and schedule some Me-time this weekend.

I am SO looking forward to a few days of freely obsessing over wedding details. It has been a challenge to stay focused on business and now I am giving myself the opportunity to let go.
